The Ferly and taYao Choreography began in the realization of the differences and similarities in our dance styles. We became known for our complimenting hard hitting choreography with a story telling swagger.
These are all class videos. They consist of students, from the age of 10 to 18, who come to our class, learn from us and grow with us. We began recording our work so we could go back and track our progress. We found that in posting them, our students were able to watch themselves and grow. It was always meant to motivate our students, who in return have motivated us.
With thanks to God, this motivation has grown beyond our expectations. This experience is exactly what we believe dance isall about.

We are thankful for every single one of our students, past and present, dating back to 2006 up until now. We have lost contact with old ones, we miss you. We have met new ones, we appreciate you. Future ones, we see you. We are excited to see what God has in store for the future.
Taught by two very distinctive yet complimentary dancers/choreographers, FERLY & taYao classes have gained popularity in the Los Angeles area. Bringing a different, energetic, emotional, passionate and challenging style, FT motivate every student to get out of their comfort zone and grow every minute they are in class.

Hello Friends,
I am sending you All an invitation to join a Spanish FB page that fights against Bullfighting. If you know anything about me you know I have a heart for animals, and being in Spain right now, the subject of Bullfighting and Running of the bulls has really grabbed my attention and stirred up some anger in me, I'm afraid. If you're ignorant about Bullfighting, what they do to the bull before the bull even begins fighting for his life, please look it up. The bull is stabbed so that his muscles cramp up to the point he cannot defend himself properly, he is bleeding profusely and getting weaker by the second- BEFORE THE FIGHT EVEN BEGINS. They taunt him, as he is slowly dying, and put him on a ring with a bullfighter carrying a spear. Really? No disrespect to the Spanish people, but how bored were you when you came up with such a "game", where a Torero (bullfighter) THINKS he is proving his "manhood" by fighting a beast?! (click on "Bullfight: The FACTS" to the right of this text). Are you kidding me? Put a healthy, non-abused bull in a ring, with a man not holding any spears... now THAT would be a fair fight. But that's not how the Spanish do it.
HAVE YOU EVER FELT YOU WANTED TO BE PART OF SOMETHING BIG AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE? This is your chance. GOD put animals under OUR care. If you don't believe in a God, just look around you. How plants defy gravity by drawing water upward from the ground into their stems and veins,... Someone didn't have to make hundreds of different kinds of bananas... BANANAS! Someone put 3,000 different species of trees within one square mile in the Amazon jungle... Someone put 228 separate and distinct muscles in a caterpillar's head (that's quite a few for a bug)... Someone put 6 million leaves on an average elm tree... How about laughter, Someone created millions of different laughters... Someone created a Universe so big that not even our best telescope (Hubble telescope) can contain its miracle... THAT Someone, who did all this, put the animals that live on this Earth under Human care. And look what we have done, or allow others to do. If you don't believe in a God, fine. But you must see that there is something wrong with us, insignificant and passing humans, treating animals like they are ours, like WE created them.
How dare we kill these bulls, and for our Entertainment! I know I am only one person, but I want more than anything to make my life worthy for as long as I'm here. I am asking you to simply join the FaceBook page listed on the right. Once this page reaches 1,000,000 fans it will be brought to the Spanish Govt's attention and CHANGE will take place! Do not be lazy. All you gotta to is "Like" the page. PLEASE HELP!
*I urge you to not support bullfights by buying tickets to watch them. This is one of the biggest reasons why Spain won't ban Bullfights sooner. They know it's wrong, but to them, like to so many, Money matters more than Life/ Greed is better than Justice. You cannot categorize Bullfight as part of the Spanish Culture. Massacre cannot be catagorized as culture. Spain has many beautiful things to offer: watching an already beaten, disoriented, tired and scared bull be killed slowly and shamefully is not one them.
